Jack Brown
President and Chairman -
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts,
Jack Brown has been in the IT advisory industry
for a quarter of a century, and has been
involved in the formation and growth of many of
the major consulting and advisory firms in the
industry.
After serving as the principal sales
and marketing executive for the Yankee Group in
the early 80’s, he subsequently founded Compete
Technologies, a firm designed to offer
competitive analysis and benchmarking in the
Technology marketplace.
In 1988 Mr. Brown moved
on to co-found the Meta Group, which became an
industry-leading alternative to the Gartner
Group in providing insightful trend analysis to
the IT community. Following the Meta Group’s
successful IPO in 1995, Mr. Brown left to found
The Robert Frances Group in Westport, CT. In
forming Experture, Inc., Mr. Brown has
recognized the need in the market for a new
model of advisory support for the business
community.
Hal Kreitzman
COO at Experture responsible for Inquiry and

Operations.
He is a senior executive with a strong, diverse
business & technology background in financial
services having worked for several global
financial institutions. He understands the
importance of corporate culture and how to be a
successful change agent to integrate process,
people and technology. Hal audited, reengineered
and managed several different types of
organizational areas including finance /
accounting analytical support, application
development, data-center operations, and
firm-wide technology.
He also managed the development / operation of
the technological components of global branch
and business integration; established strong
partnerships with other operating groups and
business units; and managed mission-critical
processes/systems and firm-wide initiatives to
realize growth/profitability targets.
He holds a Computer Science B.A. at SUNY Potsdam
and a Finance M.B.A from SUNY at Albany.

Calvin Braunstein
Calvin Braunstein is Chairman/CEO and Executive
Director of Research for Robert Frances Group
(RFG). RFG provides actionable, timely advice,
consulting, and research about the IT
marketplace to Global 2000 executives. Mr.
Braunstein has held a variety of management and
non-management positions in IBM. Prior to
joining RFG, he was a Certified Senior
Consultant in the IBM Consulting Group, where he
specialized in business strategy management,
process reengineering, and customer relationship
issues. He has provided IT consulting and
advisory services for enterprises in Asia,
Australia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, and the US.
Mr. Braunstein is experienced in business
strategy management, enterprise systems
architecture, mission-critical transaction
processing systems, process reengineering, and
project management. He has been responsible for
marketing, architecting, designing,
implementing, and supporting mission-critical
transaction-processing systems in the securities
and transportation industries.
He had responsibility for major airline
reservation systems worldwide, global
distribution systems, and the New York Stock
Exchange (NYSE) and CTS ticker tape systems used
by the American Stock Exchange (AMEX), the
National Association of Securities Dealers
Automated Quote system (NASDAQ), the NYSE, and
other exchanges.
