Our talent pool comes from some of the most well-known companies in America like Yankee Group, Meta Group, Robert Frances Group, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, ISS/Renaissance Worldwide, and KPMG.
Jack Brown
President and Chairman
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Jack Brown has been in the IT advisory industry for a quarter of a century, and has been involved in the formation and growth of many of the major consulting and advisory firms in the industry. After serving as the principal sales and marketing executive for the Yankee Group in the early 80’s, he subsequently founded Compete Technologies, a firm designed to offer competitive analysis and benchmarking in the Technology marketplace. In 1988 Mr. Brown moved on to co-found the Meta Group, which became an industry-leading alternative to the Gartner Group in providing insightful trend analysis to the IT community. Following the Meta Group’s successful IPO in 1995, Mr. Brown left to found The Robert Frances Group in Westport, CT. In forming Experture, Inc., Mr. Brown has recognized the need in the market for a new model of advisory support for the business community.
Hal Kreitzman
EVP Research

Hal Kreitzman is the EVP of Research at Experture responsible for Inquiry and Research Administration/Development. He is a senior executive with a strong, diverse business/technology background in financial services working for several global financial institutions. He understands the importance of corporate culture and how to be a successful change agent to integrate process, people and technology. Hal audited, reengineered and managed several different types of organizational areas including finance / accounting analytical support, application development, data-center operations, and firm-wide technology. He also managed the development/operation of the technological components of global branch and business integration; established strong partnerships with other operating groups and business units; and managed mission-critical processes/systems and firm-wide initiatives to realize growth/profitability targets.

Art Herold
EVP of Sales and Operations

Art Herold, EVP, is a veteran of the telecommunications industry for 14 years and has held positions of increasing responsibility with both large multinational corporations such as Nortel, Williams and NTT, and SMBs such as Executone and Gillette Global Networks. As a Senior Sales Manager at Williams Cos., he formed a new SMB team which generated nearly $6MM in sales and over $2.3MM of profit in its first full year. As Vice President of Sales at Gillette Global Networks, he was responsible for quadrupling the size of the sales organization, increasing revenues by 100%, and increasing monthly average sales by 250%. He was personally responsible for several of the strategic customer agreements that directly increased the company’s valuation, which in turn led to a merger with a larger competitor. Mr. Herold is also the co-founder of Complete Communications Consulting, an outsourced managed services provider. His core competencies cover a range of the telecommunications spectrum. They include Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies, Private Branch Exchanges (PBXs), Contact Center technologies, and Internet related technologies. Mr. Herold received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and served as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army on active duty in the U.S. and Europe.
