Our beliefs
Deeply ingrained in all our activities are the core beliefs we hold as an organization. Our culture truly believes we must first and foremost always do what is right for our clients, co-workers, and shareholders-and never betray the trust they place in us. These core values have resulted in a set of beliefs we adhere to, including:
Client-focused beliefs:
- We believe that our integrity and work ethic must be apparent in order for us to succeed,
- We believe in transparency in the way we estimate, price, and execute our projects,
- We believe in the liberal sharing of our knowledge with clients, and in skills transfer of the methodologies we use,
- We believe we must stay totally independent from any vendors or service providers so we can always provide objective advice,
- We believe we must never push a predefined solution or methodology upon clients so we can raise our profits at the expense of client needs,
- We believe we must always take responsibility for the work that we sell (no bait and switch), and finally,
- We believe we must bring fresh ideas and perspectives to client problems that deliver outstanding value to the client.
Co-worker-focused beliefs:
- We must attract, hire, and keep the best, brightest, and most ethical people,
- We must value our associates for the contributions they make,
- We must make it fun to work at EXPERTURE,
- We must give them the tools and opportunities they need to meet their personal objectives,
- We must clearly communicate expectations and guidelines for success,
- We must treat them better than anyone else would—with respect, loyalty, and trust, and
- We must reward them better than anyone else.
Shareholder-focused beliefs:
- We must value our investors and shareholders for the trust they place in us,
- We must make a fair and honest profit that rewards the investments made,
- We must continue to seek growth and increased profitability though smarts and hard work,
- We must proactively seek investments that outperform the marketplace,
- We must clearly communicate expectations and guidelines for success, and
- Our performance must exceed expectations.
